The activity log: who did what, and when

Every decision, import and undo in a workspace is written down. Activity is that record, in plain sentences, for the people who share the workspace.

What it shows

One line per thing someone did, newest first:

• "Priya Shah declined 12 transactions ($214.80)"
• "Priya Shah kept one claim on #1009 and declined 2 other claims ($14.37)"
• "Mark Reid undid an import — 412 rows deleted, 20 kept"
• "Priya Shah changed the voucher rules"

Each line carries who, when, and the commission the action moved. Amounts are per currency and never added together across currencies.

Filters and export

Filter by action or by person, and page back through the history. Download CSV gives the same rows, with the same filter and the same sentences, so a finance colleague can keep a copy outside the app.

What it does not show

The log answers "who did this, and when", not "what did every row look like at the time". The rows themselves live in the review queue and in the export you built; the activity line points at them.

How long it is kept

Activity is kept for 24 months, then deleted. Deleting a store deletes its activity with it, and deleting your account deletes all of it. See Delete my data.
