“Our network app already handles returns.” Does it?
Maybe it does, for that one network. Awin’s Shopify auto-validation declines cancellations on Classic accounts, for orders placed after activation, on whitelisted domains. The CJ and Rakuten apps sync corrections and cancellations for their own network. None of them sees an order claimed on two networks, or a creator code used by a coupon site. Matching last month’s transactions against your refunds is the only way to know.

Questions
Which files do I need?
A transactions export from your network (CSV) and a Shopify orders export (Orders → Export → CSV). The check tells you if a column is missing.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The files are read by JavaScript in your browser tab and never sent to our server.
Can I run it on my phone?
Network exports are a desktop job. On a phone, the check offers to email you a link to run it on your computer.
