Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If AffCheck isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and once per customer.

2. Renewals

  • Monthly renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Yearly renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date. We email you a reminder 7 days before each yearly renewal.
  • If we charged you by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled), we refund the incorrect charge in full, whenever you notice it.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing section of your account, or via the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't by itself trigger a refund; ask for one if you are within the windows above.

4. When we refund on our own initiative

We refund prepaid fees for the unused part of your period if:

  • we stop providing the service, or remove a core feature of your plan (Terms, sections 11 and 12);
  • a change to a connected third-party system makes a core feature permanently impossible (Terms, section 7); or
  • you cancel because you don't accept a material change to our Terms (Terms, section 18).

We don't refund if we close an account because of a serious breach of our Terms (for example abuse or fraud).

5. Product-specific rules

  • 60-day "finds more than it costs" guarantee. On top of section 1: if, in the first 60 days of your first paid plan, AffCheck has not flagged more commission to decline or amend than you paid us in that time, ask within those 60 days and we refund everything you paid for that period. It counts the commission AffCheck suggested, whether or not you confirmed it. It applies once per store and doesn't apply to founding pre-orders, which have their own rule below.

  • Founding pre-order (Paddle). The founding payment covers the first year of the Growth plan once the Shopify app launches. It is fully refundable, for any reason, until the day the Shopify app is publicly listed (30 June 2027 at the latest). If the app is not listed by then, you can ask for a full refund until it is. To ask, reply to your confirmation email or write to support@affcheck.com; the refund is issued through Paddle to your original payment method. After launch, the prepaid year is applied as a 100% discount on your Shopify subscription for 12 months and is no longer refundable.

  • Shopify App Store subscriptions are billed by Shopify. The 14-day money-back guarantee in section 1 also applies to them: email support@affcheck.com and we will issue the refund through Shopify. Free trials offered in the App Store listing are not charged if you uninstall before the trial ends.

  • Web-app subscriptions (Paddle) follow sections 1–4 of this policy.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@affcheck.com from your account email with your Paddle order number (it's on your receipt), or use the "Request refund" link in the Paddle receipt email. Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Sales tax or VAT is refunded with the payment.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country that can't be excluded. AffCheck is sold to businesses, but if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that gives a statutory right of withdrawal, you keep that right; the 14-day guarantee above is designed to cover it. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
