Pricing questions

What counts as an order?

A Shopify order in the month, whether or not an affiliate claimed it. Starter covers up to 1,000, Growth 5,000 and Pro 20,000.

Is the free check the same as the Free plan?

No. The free check is a browser tool with no account: two exports in, a dollar figure out, nothing stored. The Free plan is the app, with the leak total for one network and no export.

Do you charge a percentage of recovered commission?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly price. Tools that take 50% of what they recover cost more the better they work; we think that is backwards.

Who takes the payment?

Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record: they handle VAT and sales tax and appear on your statement. You can change plan or cancel from inside the app at any time — no email, no call.

What happens if I move to a smaller plan?

Nothing is deleted. Every import, decision and decline file you have already built stays readable on any plan, including Free. A smaller plan only limits what you can add next: if it covers fewer networks than you have, you pick which ones keep taking new imports and the rest stay readable. Cancelling keeps everything until the end of the period you paid for.

We are an agency with several stores. What do we pay?

Each store has its own workspace and plan. Email us for more than five stores and we will work out a fair price.

What if we switch networks?

Your plan counts networks, not which ones. Swap Awin for CJ, or add Rakuten, and nothing changes unless you go over the plan’s network count.
