Which networks does AffCheck work with?
Any network that exports transactions as CSV, including Awin, CJ, Rakuten Advertising, impact.com, Webgains, Partnerize and Tradedoubler. The Awin batch validation file comes first; other networks get a generic decline file. API connections are added where your network plan includes one.
What access does AffCheck need to my Shopify store?
Read-only: read_orders and read_discounts. No customer names, emails or addresses, and AffCheck cannot change anything in your store.
Do my files leave my browser in the free check?
No. The free check runs entirely in your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Does AffCheck decline commissions for me?
No. AffCheck suggests a decision and shows the evidence; you confirm it and upload the file. You stay responsible for decisions under your network’s terms.
Our network app or agency already handles returns. Why would we need this?
Maybe you don’t, and the free check will tell you. Network apps sync cancellations for their own network, within limits: Awin’s Shopify auto-validation, for example, covers Classic accounts, orders placed after activation and whitelisted domains. No network sees the same order claimed on another network, or a creator code used by a coupon site.
Why are my affiliate transactions still pending?
Networks keep a sale pending until you validate it or the validation period ends. After that it is auto-approved and invoiced. AffCheck shows what is pending and the date each item auto-approves.
Is there a contract or a percentage of sales?
No. A flat monthly price, cancel by uninstalling. We don’t take a share of your sales or of what you recover.
What if it doesn’t find anything?
If AffCheck doesn’t find more commission to decline than your plan costs in the first 60 days, we refund you.
What happens to my data?
Network rows are kept for 13 months and then deleted. You can export everything at any time and ask us to delete it sooner.
