Billing, plans and what each includes
What Free, Starter, Growth and Pro include, how the limits are counted, how to upgrade or cancel, and what happens to your data if you stop paying.
By The AffCheck team · Updated
AffCheck is a flat monthly price. There is no percentage of your sales and no percentage of what you recover, because a tool paid on recoveries has an interest in finding them.
The plans
| Free | Starter · $29/mo | Growth · $59/mo | Pro · $119/mo | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Networks | 1 | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Orders per month | 1,000 | 1,000 | 5,000 | 20,000 |
| Decided rows stay visible | 30 days | 60 days | 60 days | 60 days |
| Review queue and evidence | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| Decline files | — | yes | yes | yes |
| Weekly deadline email | — | yes | yes | yes |
| Cross-network duplicate view | — | — | yes | yes |
| Voucher rules | — | — | yes | yes |
Annual billing is about two months cheaper on each paid plan. Prices and the current cards are on the pricing page.
Free is the report, not the fix. It shows you the last 30 days and what is at stake; it does not build a decline file.
Two rows deserve a footnote. A sale claimed twice is flagged in the review queue on every plan, including Free — what the Growth plan adds is the grouped view that puts the competing claims side by side, and that screen is still being built. Voucher rules are different: without a rule there is no flag at all, so on Free and Starter the screen shows the measured stake instead of the form.
What a limit refuses
Hitting a limit never loses data and never breaks a screen. The action is refused with a sentence that names the limit, the plan that carries it, and — where we can measure it from your own rows — what the missing feature would be worth on the transactions you have already imported. That number is computed, not an estimate.
How the limits are counted
- Networks counts networks you have actually imported into, not the ones you named when you set the workspace up. Naming a network costs nothing.
- Orders per month counts orders by their order date, in your store's timezone, not by when you uploaded them. Re-uploading last month's export does not spend this month's allowance.
- History is how far back decided rows stay in the queue. Undecided work never ages out — a pending commission is the job, not history.
Changing plan
Billing is on the Billing screen. It shows the plan in effect and a card per plan you can buy. Choose one, pay through the checkout, and the plan applies as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds, because the confirmation arrives as a webhook rather than on the page you are looking at.
If you are already paying and want to move up or down, use Manage billing to change the subscription in the payment portal rather than buying a second plan. If anything looks wrong afterwards, email us before paying again.
Cancelling
Manage billing on the same screen opens the payment provider's portal, where you can cancel or change the card. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the plan running until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling does not delete anything. Your data stays until you delete the workspace or it reaches the retention limit — see delete your data or your workspace.
Refunds and the guarantee
The paid plans carry a 60-day guarantee and a 14-day money-back window. The exact terms, including how founding pre-orders are treated, are in the refund policy — that page is the one that governs, not this one.
Invoices and VAT
Payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for AffCheck. Your invoice and any VAT or sales tax come from Paddle, and card details never reach us. Invoices and receipts are in the same billing portal as the cancel button.
Billing is per workspace. One person can be in several workspaces; each one is billed on its own.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Who do I actually pay?
Paddle, which is the merchant of record for AffCheck. Your invoice and any VAT come from Paddle, and card details never reach us.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays until you delete the workspace or it reaches the 13-month retention limit. Cancelling stops the billing; it does not delete anything.
Does the price depend on what I recover?
No. It is a flat monthly price, with no percentage of sales and no percentage of recovered commission.
