The Monday email

One email a week, on Monday morning, with the money that is about to be approved if nobody looks at it.

When it arrives

Monday at 08:00 in your store's own timezone. If nothing is pending, nothing is sent — an empty email every week would teach you to ignore the full ones.

What it says

The subject carries the number and the date: "$612.25 to decline before 14 Feb". Inside: the total, anything already overdue, then one line per network with how many transactions are flagged, what they are worth, and that network's next auto-approval date. Amounts stay in the currency they were claimed in and are never added together.

There is one button — open the review queue — and, when your Shopify export is more than a week old, a second link to upload a fresh one.

The email never contains an order reference or anything about a customer.

Turning it off

Account → Emails has a switch per email. You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email; it works without signing in.

The weekly email is part of Starter and above. On the free plan the switch still works, but nothing is sent until you upgrade.

Who gets it

Everyone in the workspace who has verified their email address and has not turned it off.
